I would like Jackson Jnr to stay as I like his attitude, on and off the pitch and definitely think he's one for the future.


In his three stints as Grimsby Town manager spanning over 10 years the club was never relegated and he also guided them to three promotions.
Only 14 managers have reached 1,000 matches in charge of a Football League team by 1998 and Buckley is one of them.

Surprised that Ira is on the list. Hopefully, he is given a chance in preseason games to prove Hurst wrong. He may not have LJL's strength but he needs far fewer chances to get a shot on target. Can only think that Hurst has a target confirmed. The squad still lacks goals.

So why isn't hurst letting him go? At face value hes the sort of player that hurst would have first out of the door. Hurst must have a plan,coz youd never claim hurst was stupid

Our fans sure do have a staggeringly consistent habit of rating shite. Of all the decent players to not be rated by us, we’re losing sleep on Ira Jackson because he was sound in an interview once.

Idehen is another one, quite how on earth anybody saw his car crash cameos last season and feel he’s worth keeping is absolutely beyond me.
