The worst thing is, I reckon our youth lads are better than our first team. I've had more enjoyment watching them play this season than our first 11.

His first choice eleven probably just about do but teams now know how they set up and by being physical with their pressing as Harrogate and Newport have they mostly nullify it.

What I don't understand is why after technical players like Conteh, Gnahoua and Hunt go off we continue to play in the same manner with a side full of technically inept players who struggle to play pass and move football, and in Mullarkey's case can't even cross a ball. We should have just reverted tactics entirely and started going direct, it would at least give them something different to think about.

I don't remember the last time I sat through a more inept performance. They look like a team of amateurs that was thrown together that had one training session to play in a charity game. Clumsy, confused, unable to kick a football....

When does the transfer window open? Can’t come soon enough. We need players that can at least master the basics.

It's bad enough watching it on the box , feel for everyone at BP - I'm not sure whether it's a one off or something more worrying we were excellent against Morecambe , Crewe and at MK so so against Newport .

But today it's been dross no two ways about it Harrogate's young lad on the left looks a player better than any winger we have ; maybe it's a one off or he is a very good player.

Good job some of Harrogates best players are missing. Could have been even more embarrassing, if that is possible.
