Neither of which happened in this game.  First goal was from a great through ball which was finished well, and the second was from a corner.

Hurst binned off McKeown presumably because he wanted a keeper who could command his area. Looks like he's since binned off Crocombe to sign a weaker McKeown.

He's signed a bunch of nice guys (not a compliment). These weak-willed fannies are going to get him the sack pretty soon. Zero anger after either goal. If Maher or Eastwood were my teammates, they'd have been getting pelters for their efforts in Colchester's two goals. Can only hope that Green getting back to fitness, despite his deficiencies in technique, might at least introduce a bit of flipping backbone

I made the same point a few weeks ago as I couldn’t fathom out what style of football we were trying to play, whatever it is the players are not on board and it’s looking very bleak for not only PH but also the club.

Any repeat of relegation will be the worst case of miss-management in our history which is one hell of an achievement given our pathetic performances since the millennium.
