It is perfectly simple. The confidence has gone. Hurst has been saying for the last six weeks that effectively we have been every bit as good as the opposition but little things have cost us. But the players do not believe it and the pressure is growing.

Sums it up that we need Wrexham to beat Sutton to stop the bottom club gaining on us and not hoping Sutton grab something so we could close in on Wrexham.

It must be now 100% perfectly clear, even to the most Pro Hurst Brigade that his time is run. This was probably his last chance, along with possibly the Donny game to show that he can turn things around. On even just the evidence of that 45 mins he is just not capable. We are flipping awful in all departments. He's got to go and sooner the better to give a new guy the chance to mend this thing.

Regardless of the final result, we've now conceded at least 2 goals in seven of our last eight games. We are prime relegation candidates. It's given me so much de ja vu of the first half of the Holloway season when we were shipping goals for fun. We are relegation fodder if this carries on.

Hurst has that effect on players. He's very good at coaching skill out of players

I am not prone to being over confident but I never ever thought that at the start of the season I would ever witness a performance like this. I thought these was well and truly behind us. This team is shot.

If you’d have told me at the beginning of August that we’d have been losing Hurst, I would have been comforted by the knowledge that we’d at least be near the top of League Two. I would not have believed things would be this bad.

If there isn’t a stark improvement in performance and result in the second half, you have to ask how long you can base managerial decisions in the present on events of the past.
