Some of these playing tonight would probably struggle to get in our 3rd XI, and it could be the 'last chance saloon' as to whether any of them are farmed out by the end of the window.

These are not the local scout troop these are the under 21 side of one of the most richest clubs in the world. A club that attracts players we can only dream of. Plus they’re not kids they are highly talented young men and therefore to call us an embarrassment is at best an unnecessary knee jerk reaction at worst completely unrealistic.
