Colchester have the ball in the back of the net but Nouble offside. Defence was all over the place though so bit of a warning to sort themselves out

We're too narrow defensively. If we keep letting Colchester wip in crosses like we have its not going to end well

Richardson is our only player so far today who seems capable of driving forward effectively with the ball. Everyone else can't get it under control on the hard pitch, or just takes the safe option of passing sideways or backwards instead of trying to make anything happen.
