first time its been explained what he actually did ( or been accused of doing)
Oh, has it not actually been in the media before then? All that in the article has been talked about quite a lot, I didn't realise it hadn't been published.
I don’t see what the FA have done wrong? They can’t pass on rumours that might lead to someone not getting a job as that would leave them open to possible legal action. I’ve not seen any reports that the alleged incidents have results in a criminal case, so it’s just unsubstantiated hearsay from a legal point of view.

Quite right. He never was charged, therefore is a "man without a stain on his character", and yet on this site, there are people who seem to know everything about him, and will blacken him. Just to remind you, we had employed a "convicted rapist", and I can't remember anyone basically bothered about it. Funny old world.

Before spouting get it right... He was convicted of "sex with a minor"....and if you bothered to read what happened he wasn't at fault, the girl was in a night club so he, as most of us would have, presumed she was of consenting age... absolutely nowhere near the bounds of "rape"!..in fact if I were you, I'd delete your reply..

Sex with a minor is "Statutory Rape". I understand the sequence of events as what happened to MJ. Nevertheless, it is what it is. My point was that people who absolutely know nothing about a case, post blackening comments about a person's character. Obviously, you beg to differ.
