This is the worst side I’ve seen...can’t even blame the fact they’re all pickled like Newell’s side.

We’ve not even laid a glove on Vale. I don’t even blame the players, it’s not their fault they’re terrible.

I think Hurst would be better off telling the players that are leaving now and having them nowhere near the first team .
Play the squad he intends on keeping and make the rest up with youth team players
