Neither are Barnet at the moment, won 3 out of their last 6 games and in that period are in play-off form.

That's a 50% success rate. They need 100% now.

Correct, but they are playing two shite teams. Let's hope Morecambe can do the business on Saturday, I certainly don't want another day like Burton.

Overall a good set of results tonight.

I think we are in a better shape now.

Morecambe will be desperate to get at least a point against Barnet - No sunloungers on Saturday for the Morecambe players.

FGR are now safe - this will hopefully make our life easier against them on the last day of the season.

Lincoln's win has made it more likely that Coventry will need a win on the final day of the season against Morecambe.

Forgot to mention, we have won 2 and drawn 1 of our last three, which is promotion form.

Oh... and after Morecambs draw tonight Chesterfield are officially relegated.

When Leeds trainer Les Cocker was once told Norman Hunter had broken a leg, he asked: “Whose is it?”

A good night for us, would have been better if Morecambe had lost, but still pretty good.

For us to go down Barnet must beat Morecambe (far from a given) and Chesterfield

AND

We get less than two points from our last two games

OR

If we get one point from the last two games, Morecambe must get at least a point from Coventry

I'd say we would have to lose both of our last two games to go down, and even then Barnet still need 6 points.

Fancy Coventry to beat Morecambe, so 1 point would save us whatever else happens with Barnet..

They won the Derbyshire County Cup tonight - and they are bragging about it on their official club twitter account, which isn't going down to well with their fans hahahaha

The endless speculation over the various permutations is driving me nuts.

So from now on I am looking at the situation like two cup finals.   Win one and we are safe. We have two bites of the cherry.

I'd rather we won our safety then have it given to us on plate by Coventry, Morecambe, or Chesterfield.

Morecambe are draw specialists. They might have lost the least out of the teams at the bottom but they've won the least amount of games (joint with Chesterfield) in the division too.

Drawn 6 out of their last 8.
Drawn their last 5 home games in a row.

One more draw on Saturday please Shrimpers.
