Appointing a new manager does not hide the fact that the better players have left, Slade's signings where poor and the players left are National League level in reality.  


Probably only need 10 points, alhough 10 nil nils is probably all we can hope far.......Chesterfield and Barnet are the crucial home games that we can't afford to lose.

Definitely Brolly hit the bar I can still see it - it was at our end and seemed to happen in slow motion - suddenly there he was in acres of space just the keeper to beat, hit underside of the bar and bounced out. We would have beaten Swindon in the semifinal and played Forest in the final at Wembley...
