Then he would sign Clarke and hopefully take Dixon as well,

It's a 3 game mini season for me. Port Vale, Chesterfield and Barnet to come. Winning those three would go a long way to rescuing us. Problem is, they all have a recognised goalscorer and we don't.

Cant see Slade ever getting another job in football.

I think you will find young Killip did the same thing you expect your defenders to be alert enough to help the keeper out after making a decent save.
