I've already said I would of been happy with Brown but failing that there are better options than Askey.... Redfearn, McCall, Appleton, Megson or even Paul Ince. Any of these would walk in the door and the players would even put the mobiles down, when askey walks through the door they will probably stick their head phones on, that's the difference.
