Not only would he need to adjust to Football League, he'd need to adjust to working in a full-time environment. Would be a sensible appointment had we still been in the Conference. Get the bit about step up and full time but this August PH needed to adjust to the Football League he had never managed there before. Marcus looks like a good recruit and one that will put 110% into GTFC!
