Yeah I've heard the chicken one in the ponny during the 90's there is a certain way of singing these chants.

Not heard benny the docker sung though

Quite like the idea of the rod stewart song, different for sure. Would love us to have an iconic song just of our own. Cannot help but feel envious when stoke sing delilah, or liverpool youll never walk alone, even hi ho wolverhampton at full blast is flipping impressive, and celtic singing just cant get enough and rangers penny arcade are massive. Trouble is these are sung by entire grounds not just 30 young lads in the pontoon, any new song really does have to take off or it would sound pants, it has to be sung by all to have any efffect.

What are the proper words for "walking down the grimsby road" ? I remember singing it and ending with "to watch the buckleys aces". Can't remember the full song so if anyone does?


I was there, the day Bradley Wood scored a 35 yarder!

My Dad told me we used to sing always look on the bright side of life??

Only time I've heard it was always p|ss/sh|t on the north side of the bridge though
