New company created with shares for sale at £100 each with the hope of raising £750,000 by April 30th.

I'll have some if they can guarantee that I won't have to give them to Fenty.

Not a chance of raising that sort of money by the end of April wonder if bert 365 will give me odds on them being in the excrement again

they dont seem so confident on their own forum. 45 days to raise 750,000?  250,000 to get out of administration and the rest to 'wipe the slate clean' and move on.  Tough ask

Indeed. If it was so easy to raise that kind of cash, they wouldn't be in the mess they are in.

£600,000 is the minimum amount of what we need to achieve before the 30th of April.  If we achieve over £600,000 then great because that allows us to get cracking after we come out of administration.

Personally, I think that it is possible to raise that much amount of cash. The shareholding scheme has been developed into 3 phases...

5,000 shares issued for the first £250k. The first block of shares are 2 for 1.
2,500 shares issued for the second £250k.
2,500 shares issued for the third £250k.

So therefore, 10,000 shares for £750k.

Our biggest creditor, Raj Singh, is apparently backing the idea of a community-based club too. Which is good news given that he has stood in the way of the two previous deals.

But is a community club a good idea, Lincoln took this route and by all accounts they have only dust in their bank accounts and are in an even worse position than Town etc...

It is a lot of money to find but i am sure they'll find a way out. They'll survive, may even get back into the league at some point but then go through this all again when they overspend again and end up knocking on deaths door once again and the fans will be back out with the buckets...

I know Darlo aren't the only club to overspend but three times would suggest that they not too great at running a football club....
