How long will it take to bike from here to Lincoln, so I can have a rough idea on when to set off.

Cheers,
Andy.

Depending on cycle used. It's around 45-50 miles into Simple Bank. So at an average of 12 mph schedule four hours, n maybe a bit more for stops. Then again it depends on how fit you are, and taking into account Wrabs damaged leg! Don't forget, you will need to carry carbs n replacement fluids for the journey.

My involvement is down to the consultants say so, I woulnd't do it if he thought it would set my next operation back but i have been cycling short distances in practice and have been feeling but I'm not afraid of pain so until I'm told its a no go I'm up for it but at the same time don't want to hold Andy back

No offence intended Marco young buddy, I know how determined you are! I was referring to the fact that your bad leg will affect your cycling dynamic thru the pedals n force generated with each downstroke. I am in no doubt you will complete the challenge!

Get a tandem sit at the back with your feet up.
