Hopefully it will stay at 3pm - if it is changed to 12 then obviously you will have to start earlier and may miss people on your journey for donations.

Have looked at your route and am planning on meeting you somewhere to chuck my cash in!

Who is a really good public speaker? David Burns has just emailed me back saying he would like someone to ring into sportstalk. I am not very confident on the phone itself let alone on the phone on the radio so please can someone take over as spokesperson?

Send me all the details and I don't mind doing it

Right guys, about the after party if no where can be sorted, the Mcmennamys (sp? cant be bothered to check the spelling lol) or a function room in Lincoln I work at the pub in town called Bank, on the corner across the road from old witherspoons if you dont know where it is. The back is the Lap Dance club which is a function room any time its needed, most people know it as the tittie bar, I will definately be able to get it for the night for free.
So its a plan B on the function suite, I will be able to get a small buffet sorted aswell and cheap drinks and I will probably work the bar with one other for free, I will book the day off obviously so I can enjoy it.

I am loving the posters I will put them up in the pub with a sponser form when there finished
Great progress everyone   brings a tear to my eye am so proud!

Jeez been at work for few hours.

Just to clear the cancer research thing up, I know i didnt disclose all the details but they were not happy at us using there logos and sharing the money made between three charities. I have had several telephone conversations with them, and today they caught me at a bad moment, and they told me they were still looking at ways for us to give it all to them, so my reply was, it either gets shared or we drop them and use mcmillion instead. This did the job as 30 mins later i had another phone call saying they were happy with us to split it between the 3 and use the logos.

As for the 12pm kick off we were expecting it to be, and therefore this hasnt changed anything, we set off at approx 5am if 12pm 7am if 3pm.

Lincolnshire police have been in contact to confirm that there is no police protest against this and have passed it on to the planning department to see if they can give us an escort from BP to SB ive also contacted humberside police as to regards this, as they will already be travelling down there.

Ive missed 3 telephone calls while at work with no return details other than been told they will ring at 3,30pm so will be another update at 4pm(ish)

Any questions please feel free to ask.

Im hoping to secure a major sponsor within the next two hours and also a printer to do leaflets, posters and the advertisment brochure for companies to sponsor us, as well as publishing sponsor ship forms.
