who's disaster - keep up and you want lose your way lol and thats in lincoln lol.

we (i say loosely) biked the route entering into lincoln tonight.

the route now goes via a pub (outside my house) who have offered to do us sausage baps/ chip butties bacon etc. as a regroup point and a place to meet the chairmen (TBC)

there is a GREAT hill (part of which we will ahve to ourselves for say 5mins) it was heavy traffic when i went down there but i was overtaking cars and buses must have been puching 35-40 flat out hardest gear, was good fun!

jon was nowhere to be seen so i waited at SB for like 15mins and then biked back (up the same hill i came down - tis  adifferent story on the way up lol) and met him waiting for me like a lost dog at the end of my road. was a relief to see him, i had been sat waiting outisde the fire station and the ambulance station and all of a sudden 2 fire engines and an ambulance left - i thogh cripes jon is under a HGV!!

btw jon the route i did was 10 miles! i thought i had only done say 4-6!

if the weather stays like that it won't be bad at all like LH says the wind is a shame would have been nice the other way - could have got the spinnaker out

Are we going to be meeting the players before or after the match? Really would like to have a signed BTTB official shirt for my signed shirt wall. Also to give Lincoln some stick for getting leathered at home

hmm how about some garden sprayers with lilly of the valley scent?

i guess we could sort some buckets out with water in and some carbolic to wash under the pits - might get onto the phone with lynx though....

I asked this after the meeting last week. I think sponges and buckets may be a good thing to pack with you. I know I will be. Looking forward to the function now, any details on that?
