for riding clothes

light weight tops - footy shirts aren't too bad.

remmeber if its windy your arms get cold it may be worth having a long sleeved stop - ideally some of those pro-skins things (expeno though)

running trainers will be fine, proper cycling ones have stiff soles and (depending if you have SPD pedals) a place to attach a cleat for them

sweatband for under your helmet

cycle gloves full or half finger

cycle shorts (go commando underneath - yeah it smells afterwards but hey its more comfy)

you can stick a pair of shorts over the top if you want (if your that embarresed)

the payment for these t-shirts will be confirmed shortly.

i'm currently in a bit of a legal battle with paypal (having to prove this is for charity etc.) but buying through paypal is one option.

i aim to have the abbey account ready for action on monday/ tuesday (finally!!) so there is the option of paying by cheque and then posting it to me or jon.

***there is also the oppourtunity to pay via a standing order or the like through interent banking but will ned the abbey account details first***
