It’s part of the Tom Hardy franchise in which you see his character downtrodden and knackered after years of destruction. He’s overweight, perpetually angry and lacks any critical thought.

He spends his time sat in an arm chair thumbing his way through right wing websites and the daily mail. He can’t work out why he’s so miserable and needs anyone to blame but himself.

He settles on blaming immigrants, Jeremy Corbyn and that woke Spider-Man fella and hatches an evil plan to devour them and dethrone the anti growth coalition.
