Sam seems to have been around for ages but still under 30. In my opinion he would jump at the chance-being local will still have connections with the area. With Macca and Sloc. in competition for places would solve our goalkeeping problems. Go for it Mr. Slade.

A keeper with local connections- let's sign him! Surely a prudent manager would investigate why Scunny let him go in 2015; why Oxford got rid one year into a two- year contract and why Blackpool didn't take up their option this summer?

He's a Scunny lad, maybe homesickness played a part in the latter two?

The wife was going away for a girly weekend.
I jokingly remarked  'I don't know whether to spend it watching porn or watching football'
'you may as well spend it watching porn' she replied
That's understanding darling what makes you say that? I asked

She said 'Well you already know how to play football'

If we get another keeper in and I hope we do,

It will push Macca to be even better than he has been.

Well documented that Macca doesn't like pressure from another keeper. Either have just him or two different keepers.

I've wasted my life in black and white, a pathetic act for a worthless cause

Slocombe played his part in a promotion so should be good enough. be good for Mkeown to have someone to push him.
Be very lucky to get a top end keeper as they are like golddust and the fact the prem probably have 5 each sat in reserves.
