I've said many times that Macca stands too far to one side for free kicks. The question has to be asked why we concede so many goals from direct free kicks. It's not like we are playing in a league with exceptionally gifted players is it? It's not simply down to Macca i admit but it happens a hell of a lot and not just this season either.

The players in league 2 may not be as gifted Ginny but we have seen some great execution of free kicks against us and Bogle versus Stevenage as well as Davis versus Morcombe we have scored a couple. I would be more worried about our lack of control and discipline in the areas where we conceed the free kicks.

Macca has been beaten at least three times by apparent "worldies" tells you something's not right when everyone is carrying out the same execution of the free kick.
