Look at Eddie Howe for Bournemouth, Took charge when they had a real threat along with us at relegation from league 2 in 2010, then 4-5 years later they find them selves in the premier league.

He may well spend his spare time watching loads of games. He may still have plenty of relevant contacts and at the end of the day, it doesn't really matter what we think. Due diligence will only get you so far. Knowledge of lower league football will only get you so far. You still have to be a competent manager of footballers and even then, some managers click and some don't. Either him or Bignot could succeed or fail and we won't know that for a while yet, whoever gets the job.

Again - looking for players on the way up, not the multi team players who are looking for another pay day, as we have often been subjected to over the last set of managers, and occasionally with Hurst's poorer emergency signings for squad numbers. If he can also use a computer, then he has absolutely everything needed here !!!
