No idea how a campaign based entirely on guesswork and optimism supported by Messrs Johnson, Gove, Farage and Duncan-Smith can be so popular with the working classes but they look to have done it.

Looks like its London, Scotland, Brighton against the rest of us. You can tell the ones who have benefitted over the years and left the rest of us in the shite. Maybe its a wake up call to all our parties leaders to start looking after the ordinary people and start spreading a bit of the wealth .

Taking on the establishment and Westminster bubble has played a part. In traditional working class areas it is the white working class who have been competing head to head with migrants for jobs and houses. They have lost the battle as their wages have been undercut and they have lost their jobs. These areas have seen massive cultural change. Labour have made it clear they support mass immigration and care little for what others think, labelling them as racist. Many grassroots supporters hate Corbyn and his chums, together with the fact that Osbourne and Cameron were leading the remain campaign.

For the first time ever I actually agree with you although Scotland only voted remain as it was their only chance to get another vote on leaving the UK in my opinion
