I wouldnt be so quick as to write off Dis as a starter just yet. I am sure there were a few last summer who said his legs were going and he wouldnt be a regular. Once again he was a consistent performer and a mainstay of the midfield. He leads by example on the pitch and always gives 100%. Doesnt shy away even if he is not having a great game. Hopefully the others offered contracts will follow suit soon enough.

A lot depends on how he has looked after himself.Body is a machine and the better you look after it better it will run.Remember reading Stanley Mathews autobiography and never touched the alcohol to excess. Attributed this plus all the extra training he use to do to the long career he had in the game whereas others were washed up well before time One life,one love .
