my game going as Gainsborough trinity is going well. I'm in my 9th season and i've got them into the Prem. We're struggling but our attendances are doing quite well, they are currently at the 15,000 mark but are constricted by my crappy stadium.

You must have cheated? Surely, not possible without cheating?

no i didn't cheat. Although i did put when i started that my background was international footballer. That way, you have a better chance of signing somebody decent for your team because they "want to work with you". Also, you can get money as a non-league club by requesting friendlies with Real Madrid B and other teams like that. They are more likely to accept your friendly request, you won't have to pay them any money and you still get lots of revenue from it. So if you are a small club and you have 5 games like that against similar sort of opposition, it really boosts your spending power. Thats how i did it anyway that and spending absolutely ages scouting the players in the games looking for gems who i could buy.

Oh yeah, i also got a training schedule of the internet somewhere that really improved my players.

Yep, got the demo from steam.

Need a few players for town though, suggestions? Watkiss reckons Heywood's one of the best defenders in the team

I downloaded the game last night, only got through two friendlies so far! I won 2-1 at Lewes and drew 1-1 at Torquay.

So far i've signed Mustapha Hadji on a free, Barry Hayles on loan from Leicester and signed Micheal Simpson from Burton on a free
