Bank as much of that 120 million as they can and get the new ground paid for. This would set them up for the next 50 years which is better than spunking the cash on a load of foreign players and agents fees and still getting relegated anyway

Regards the  money, like someone has said above hopefully they'll be sensible. Spend £10m+ on the current ground and just get a handful of players at a low price and keep most of the prem money to set them up for the next 10, 20, 30 years. The way they play is so different to any other prem club, it'll be interesting how they get on.
