mayonnaise looks like he's going to fit perfectly into our defence - a disaster waiting to happen. Matete was motm (again) and Payne scored on his debut, despite hardly touching the ball otherwise

Don't know why we don't play Hewitt at CB. Played well there if I recall.

Totally agree, has looked like his best position, and the other week when he slipped he had the presence and speed to rectify the situation.
I’m not getting in to individual blame, but you can’t seriously play Pollock and Waterfall as a pair in today’s modern game, as most teams have at least a couple of athletic players who are just too quick for them
