We are very lucky Town managed to play them while they were playing shite otherwise we might have got a really good hiding
I thought Salford had one or 2 good players but was more impressed by some of the Bolton players especially their defender Ricardo Santos. Physical player who wasn't bad on the deck.

One life,one love .

Only managed 4 past us, and 3 of them were penalties! Writing was on the wall.

They say they don’t like their style of play.
Think Town fans would agree with that!

Unbeaten, 5th in the table and one of the favourites to get promoted. If only?

Hopefully it's a sign that the wheels are coming off their bandwagon when the owners think they can do a better job. More likely though, they've got a 'big name' lined up.

Through the door there came familiar laughter,
I saw your face and heard you call my name.
Oh my friend we're older but no wiser,
For in our hearts the dreams are still the same.

When Leeds trainer Les Cocker was once told Norman Hunter had broken a leg, he asked: “Whose is it?”

I’d much rather the Cowley’s end up there, than say Mansfield or other clubs closer to Lincoln.

I thought Bolton played better football than Salford.

Even though we got hammered by Salford, I’d still argue that we played the better football.  It was a bizarre result aided by a dodgy penalty.  Town actually had more shots on goal than them.

Still a strange decision to sack the manager though!
