Just got round to watching the latest.A bit slow to start the 4 lads looked mega depressed but can't fault much of what they say . Interesting they asked why Artell is so universally unpopular with the Town fanbase but can't put a finger on it.

I think he's one of these people who so avidly believes that he's right that he comes across as extremely arrogant.

What I would ask him is how he's managed to go from such an improvement after three games (Crewe) to such a mess 10 games further on.

Think Mike made a fair point there, it was probably more of a carry over from Ben and Shaun. They'd improved us in the immediate aftermath of Hurst. He had 45 minutes with them before MK so he can't take any credit for that. More time he's had with them, the worse it's got. Time to go, Dave.

Their, DN35 data input is that since Xmas
Town let in 21 goals from 29 shots.or 72%, Town scored 9 g from 23 s or 39%

In the first 6 matches of DA in charge
Town let in 8 g from 22 s or 36%
Town scored 7 g from 33 s or 21%
I.e. We are getting worse.

Is the manager bounce a phenomenon caused by players sub-consciously doing the old things better (to impress the new guy)? This rather than any coaching or selection influence from the new guy. I wonder if there is any Sports Science research on this?

Can’t be right Mansfield had 40 shots against us in one game.
Maybe that’s where we are going wrong we can’t count.

I think the they said in 2024 not since Christmas, so everything from the Walsall match.

A work colleague commented on our remarkable feat of conceding 5 goals from 4 shots on target by Donny on Saturday…
