But given our struggles at left back this season and the fact he's played a decent number of games in the division above and had the Cowleys willing to splash £200k on him in the past, I'm sure he's a much welcomed upgrade. Probably doesn’t want to commit for a longer term with a very slim chance that we may not be in this division next season, I don’t think we will but then again it’s not me who’s signing a contract. No doubt the club will be slated in the summer if we don’t retain him but we almost certainly wouldn’t get him without it.
