Well played we looked really good today . Turns into a good start . Get 4 + more points from the next 4 and it's a good start still, anymore and it's excellent imo with the games to come .

Quoted from LocalLadGTFC
Definitely eases my concerns about the size of the squad, can't think of a centre half pairing we've had that compliment each other so well. Maher and Rodgers just improve with each game. Gav had another good game, Conteh is just Conteh, Rose is a shithouse and Gnahoua showed us today what he's capable of. That'll teach me for doubting Paul Hurst

Maher & Rodgers are too good for league 2 - good battlers and as good on the ball.

That’s cheered me up and put some deserved egg on my face . Great performance and win today . Always nice when you could give the MOTM to 3/4 players .

Nothing to add apart from a good Refereeing display. Think most of you didn’t even notice he was there.

The same three or four people who post lots when things have gone badly….why don’t they post at all when things have gone well? I don’t really get it - it’s as though they’re only really engaged when they’re moaning. As if they get something out of the disappointment and frustration and critical overstatement. If they can’t throw pelters at the manager, they’re not interested. What does it say about them? I don’t know.

Anyway - great result. Rodgers class. Everyone else - really good. UTM.

4 of the 6 teams played are currently in the top 7.
So good start on the face of it.
Bradford, Wrexham and Swindon away in the next 4 games will be a test but 🤞

Next 8 home games all look to be vs teams who will bring less than 300 fans so we need that home support. Good effort from all home areas today and loudest I've heard the Pontoon from the Upper in a long time.Well done all on and off the pitch I enjoyed that.UTM
