So which pubs are we all frequenting tomorrow then?

I have not really looked into it but I do know there is a weatherspoons not far from the ground, the White House I think, any others?

That Wetherspoons is the Luton fans home pub on match days Dave, funnily enough I actually worked with a Luton fan yesterday thus my extensive knowledge of Luton pubs!...that's the only one he mentioned BTW!

There's another Spoons on the Dunstable side of Junction 11 but it won't be within walking distance of Kenilworth Road 😅

I'm not being racist, but I know that a few years ago, there was some trouble from the Muslim community in the areas they lived in.  Couples were aggressively told to stop holding hands, women are forced to hear the Hijab etc.  I don't know where these Muslim areas are in Luton, but it might be worth you guys who are going to look it up and avoid like the plague.

If you actually read the link I posted, you will see factual information from previous Prime Minister and Archbishop of Canterbury, also a picture of a poster warning people they are entering an area where Sharia Law will be enforced, also I saw a video a few years ago showing Sharia Law being implemented on innocent couples walking through a Sharia Law Enforced area.  And could you link the website you are referring to please?

So you think it's alright that there are areas in OUR country that people can take over and enforce THEIR laws, not the law of the land?  I think you would have a different viewpoint if you lived in one of those areas.

The M1 south from J12 is regularly reduced to a 50mph limit for no apparent reason. It's an average speed camera area and one of the highest conviction rates in the country.
It's not for revenue collection of course, it's to keep you safe

I have no idea but I assume there is a possibility of some muslims trying to force sharia law on other muslims but I very much doubt that your average muslim is going to challenge the average Luton fan and his wife/girlfriend to stop holding hands or force her to wear a hijab as I would doubt that average muslim would be able to keep a hold on his privates.  

In the 20 years since I’ve lived in Grimsby and lived in a few multicultural cities , including 8 years in London. I never came across one of these scary Sharia Law no go areas you know. And to be honest, never really felt intimidated. Certainly no more than i would walking around GY.

You’re right I did only mention 2 locations but many more in East/NE London in a post above.

I worked in tower hamlets for a few weeks about five yrs back and digged in ilford, I’m a biggish guy and the lads I was with are lad lads mostly. All of us felt we had to be on our  guard at all times , now no one said anything to us but you could feel the vibe

He has then doubled down on this by stating that the contents of that website are fact. They are not.

Where is the critical thinking? Where is the consideration of bias? Where is the evaluation of the source?

And he accuses those of challenging him as being childish. It’s basic GCSE level stuff.

Do I believe everything in the MSM? Of course not. Do I rely on one source or one side of the political divide? Of course not.

You do realise that it’s not just Muslims who have committed acts of genocide.

Bosnia, Rwanda, Nazi Germany, Scottish Highlands, Ireland, present day Myanmar...I could continue. Muslims have been the victims in some of these. It doesn’t make the acts any less or any more disgusting than the Armenian genocide.

I’m not pro or anti-Islam. I just don’t like to see people stating that information on extremist websites is fact and dismissing anyone who challenges that.
