I don’t read the board for obvious reason anymore, although it was suggested to take a look last evening

Your right Matt Hanson was on a bit, but in no way was Macca paid anywhere near that level. He has been a brilliant servant of the club both on and off the field. (For God-sake it’s his testimonial year and doubt we will see many of them in the future, doesn’t that count for something).

It's true in negotiation he pushed me to the wire which I subsequently joked about. (Good on him and a very enjoyable experience indeed). He certainly did not spit his dummy out, and I saw management potential in the way he handled himself 'very astute')

He's a top lad and I don’t believe for one minute he deserves the vile spouted about him by so many on here !!!! by!!!! self-proclaimed supporters??? on this vile forum which drowns and drives rational debate away, because they only see things their way.

Macca, good luck and the very best of wishes to you and your lovely family. I’m sure so many more will join me in thanking you and will always be grateful for the years of stability memories and professionalism that you gave and will continue to give the club and thank you.

Players read these forums and so do owners!!!! shame on you!!!!

Kind Regards
John Fenty UTMM and back to winning ways today for the lads

You saw management material in him?  I’m sure he’s over the moon with your history of having great managers

Fenty picks a subject to suit him - a subtle dig, trying to act the friend of our great club. I, like many, see through his egotistical persona. Arrogant self adulating member, Go, leave, intercourse off - don’t claim the Trust’s money as yours - do one decent thing!

Dear Nelly,

I have not seen these before and after having a quick skim its abundantly obvious they are in part factually incorrect. There is no context from others and particularly me, and they seem to be that, mostly of the writer’s opinion and scant information pieced together from here there and everywhere.

Until you walk in another man’s shoes you haven’t of a clue, but what i do know is that I gave the club 20 years of my life with absolute dedication having faced so many unimaginable obstacles along the way, So however people wish to interpret these stories is a matter for them.

Kind Regards
John Fenty UTMM

John,

If you're going to stick around can you please drop the first "M" in "UTMM" as it reminds us all of that sorry excuse of a manager that stuck £500 of his own money in to become a director.

Many of us have asked Ian ourselves what exactly he personally knew about the potential involvement of your good friend Alex but maybe you could enlighten us as Ian only seems to surround himself by his friends that don't ask him the tricky questions.

John,

No one is questioning the amount of time that you spent at the club and what you did (or didn’t do). The majority are scathing about the financial surroundings of your tenure and the share issues. Yes, I understand that it was ‘your money’ and that you’ve reached an agreement with 1878 for a payment plan to reimburse yourself. Now, given that we are in this god damn awful league, can’t you put your supporters hat on and ‘benign them’ again until we get back into the safe footing that is the football league? And also, this matter of the money for the trust shares. Would you be willing to speak honestly about why you feel that you don’t have to give them (the cash equivalent) back to the trust?
