What an idiotic comment - be great if falling masonry etc killed someone

Problem with social media and fans forums - gives knobheads like you a voice

and knobheads like you the right to reply

John Fenty would have sorted it. Stockwells and Pettits probably hiding out of the way in the bar

Means we have avoided defeat for once I suppose

How can anyone argue the decision to call it off? 3000 people potentially sat below a structurally unsafe roof, the game would be worse than the already dreadful level we play at and we’re well out of form against an early promotion rival.

Yes but some people have literally nothing else in their lives beyond going to the football so of course their day or evening is ruined when the game gets called off and have nothing else to do. It's unfortunate but playing in this won't serve anybody and since there has already been structural damage and winds only getting worse through the day the safety of fans comes before how much they want something to do on a weekend. The same people would be calling the club out for keeping the game on if debris fell and hurt somebody.

Must be perilous for you in this weather.
Up there  on your lofty perch.

Just maybe. There are people for whom one of their highlights  is getting out and meeting people is the match.

Your arrogance amazes me.

The wife was going away for a girly weekend.
I jokingly remarked  'I don't know whether to spend it watching porn or watching football'
'you may as well spend it watching porn' she replied
That's understanding darling what makes you say that? I asked

She said 'Well you already know how to play football'

We’ve just travelled 2 and half hours. Found out game is off 10 minutes away from Cleethorpes. Gutted 🙄🙄🙄

There was a red warning for strong wind yesterday. I'm surprised more games were not called off as a precaution for visiting teams and supporters.

With climate change causing more extreme weather, I think it would be a good idea to dismantle the upper Findus and use the seats to extend the lower tier and Main Stand. The ground capacity would be the same, but there should be a much better match atmosphere.

Can't watch the ships in the river from the Lower Findus if the game is dire.

A shame the game is off but it wouldn't have been much of a spectacle in these conditions.
