JT with some scathing comments at the end of the game. Blaming covid clauses, signing poor players, Holloway, Fenty, headbutting own team mates etc etc...

A sorry state of affairs.

Roll on August. 1 step back to take several forward over the next few years. The club will be dragged into the 21st century, hopefully a new ground imminent, firm backing in the transfer market and new training facilities.

So easy waiting until now to say we should have made subs. You wanted Jackson on for Lenny with us likely to be defending set pieces or did you want us to make an attacking substitution with us ahead and down to 10 men? Maybe throw Scannell on for the first time in months? Adlard? Change keepers?

Change a midfielder and yes LJL as he was knackered so nothing stuck up front at all, see the difference fresh legs made in the last 5 mins.

Great that nobody outside of the Humberside area can hear them because of the short-sightedness of Sheffield Wednesday and Seattle Seahawks fan Rob Staton deciding it's not worth sending JT down to Exeter to commentate in person.

As far as tonight goes, I think if it wasn't for the sending off we would have gone on to win the game(not a dig at the lad)

I'm not so upset as I have been resigned to relegation for ages now.

I would like to thank PH and all the lads for there efforts over the last 10 game as they have played with pride and endeavour but just count do it in the end.

In his three stints as Grimsby Town manager spanning over 10 years the club was never relegated and he also guided them to three promotions.
Only 14 managers have reached 1,000 matches in charge of a Football League team by 1998 and Buckley is one of them.

All hopeful moves sadly the managerial retrograde step will hold it all back. The new owners need to put good money up for a manager as well as players
