I understand that the new sponsor will be a company called Jarvis, they do a lot of railway maintenance. Apparently their finance director is a Town fan.....

Whatever happened to that chap? I recall that he went 'missing' as soon as it transpired that Jarvis knew nothing about the deal - I assume he showed up at some point?

I think he was found dead in a communal prison cell in Laos. His body was naked, emaciated, louse ridden and with unspeakable damage to his rectum, he'd also had both kidneys removed. In his hand was a crumpled up e-mail which just said Report to Head Office IMMEDIATELY.

Sad.


And when you fall back into the mud it hurts a lot.
No! None of it was true, none of those things we thought we could see existed at all.
All that was really there was still more misery

Is there a scale of rectal damage? Does it go from negligible to unspeakable? Is there something beyond unspeakable....catastrophic maybe? Are the Laotians world leading in the inflicting of rectal damage or could it have been worse for him in say, Libya?
