However, didn’t the Chairman issue several statements last week.
I am hopeful but will keep my brass till all the formalities are complete.

I have been informed that heads of terms have been agreed between John Fenty and the consortium for the sale of his shares and the repayment of his directors loans. There will be no further comment on the sale from either side until legal formalities have been completed and EFL approval has been obtained.


  Great news, but what exactly are "heads of terms?"
