The population isn't here to sustain a championship club. Established league 1 with a new ground would be fantastic, with a promotion being a cherry on top (albeit almost certainly short lived)

Fenty simply does not have anyway near that amount of money. Gone are the days were clubs survived on gate money, when we averaged 12,000 gates under big Mac. and were considered as one of the big clubs in the lower leagues.
