Do keep up Golly, it was Jolley that said everybody has a price and even Macca could go for £2 million,

We all know he is not worth that but that's the starting point.

Myself I do not care whether he stays or goes great shot stopper but poor in other area's.

I think “poor” is a bit harsh I think he’s improved a lot in his general game. If he was good at everything he’d have left ages ago.

Big loss on and off the field “if” he left but With regard to a fee well we all know what it would be........ undisclosed!!

We are a league 2 club and anything around 500k sounds about right if anything materialised.

These people mentioning figures of million plus need to get a reality check, he's a  league 2 keeper.

I'd be surprised if anyone paid even half a million for a 4th tier keeper who'll be 30 when next season starts.

Fair enough, but let me get this straight - Rancido says we won’t get 100K for him even though he’s under contract. If someone comes in for him, and he wants to leave, if there isn’t someone at the club who can negotiate a six figure sum we are in a sad state.

All this talk about how good he is and what he is worth does not mean a thing,

He will be staying unless some club offers more than he is worth which will enable us to get a replacement and have a bit of spare cash as well.

Some clubs like Scunny   might come in for him but will not pay the asking price ( whatever that might be )

Genuine question, when was the last time anyone paid a fee for a 29 (almost 30) year old League Two goalkeeper?

No idea but the last time Town received a fee for a keeper was for  Charlie  Wright  I think.
