Jackson has been released anyway - personally would prefer Forte, released by Notts County.

I'd like to see us in for Dennis at Chesterfield. I think they might want a fee for him though. He is the sort of player that we were missing last season. He is quick to everything that drops in the box and is proven at this level. I imagine most teams in the division will fancy signing him though, it would be a real coup.

What have you seen in Jackson, his recent scoring record is very poor, we need better if we want to improve on last season.

i didn't see him play, but it was very noticeable that jolley spoke often , and highly, about him. you got the feeling that he really wanted to get jackson into the team as soon as he possibly could

To be fair he talked up most of the players even when many fans thought some were crap.
