Morons.. 15 goals conceded in 21 games.. Least in the division and we want to get rid of a first choice centre back. Jokers. Nsiala must have been portrayed badly on radio because he was alright from where I was standing.  Poor goal
In the respect Mckeown was screaming block the cross block the cross... And Leather was unmarked at the time.. But general deep defending cost us as a team not Nsiala.  Still second and 3 clear of 3rd with Barnet to play twice we go again... UTM

Positives we remain unbeaten, chasing teams haven't taken advantage. Slight negative decent away following and the buzz returning for a lot of people just slightly tarnished

UTM

Yes they must be disappointed - they're only human !
Hope Arnold's wonder goal helps ease their frustration.

Well said,

We have always got to find a scapegoat,

Toto is a really good player at this level.

Horrible listrning to it when you just know whats going to happen . Repeat of the Halifax game , holding on , just . Didn't work today , seen it all before , very frustrating when we know we're better than this . Tough games coming up , think by Christmas we will know where we stand .

The scapegoat is Parslow since his inability to clear a ball when he had all day to do so cost us.

Still wouldn't want to see him scapegoated for an error. We all make mistakes. Was it reflective of his overall performance?

You could just as easily say that we should have finished one of our numerous chacnes and been 2-0 up, and therefore a mistake at the back would not have cost us the win.

I have yet to see a player who has not made a mistake in 60 years of watching football.

I'm just annoyed about it because it was such a poor pass and easily preventable if he'd just put some effort into his clearance and punted it towards the corner flag so we could clear our lines. I didn't think he played particularly well, but then again I don't think he's a midfielder and would have started Clay instead if Hurst was insistent on playing a holding midfielder. He's solid enough defensively but poor with the ball at his feet and it cost us today.

I think JT said he left his man.

But whether it's true or not, agree with JT it's utterly ridiculous for callers to say "Worse ever player in a Town shirt" and concur with his general feeling of "shakes head in disbelief".

That said (leaving today aside), don't think Toto's necessarily shown he's been "100% rock solid" (tbf who is in any 1 game?) in every game this season either.

However whether Parslow or Magnay at CB would improve things long term is up for debate.
Because Oxford aside (won 1-0 today BTW ! ) Toto must have doing something right during this long winning league run.
He's certainly been pushing for MOM in some games (IMO)

Defend from the front, stay tight in midfield, harass and challenge for the ball, keep up a high tempo.

All great cliches until a team packing midfield stifles the field.

Still hoping that Scott Brown regains full fitness to start games and boss the midfield soon - a piece that is missing at present, although 7 games unbeaten is still good going.

Onward !
