Up to 10 now then. If I can get 16 I'm thinking about a change of format to previous leagues and maybe (as suggested) running it on a league basis, where everyone plays everyone else in one off matches. 3 points for a win, 1 point for a draw and 0 points for a loss and keeping a running total of weekly points  scored and points difference in case of 2 or more people being on the same points in any week. Obviously this would be used quite heavily during the first few weeks of the season to ascertain league positions.

That would mean a 15 week season but I would also run an FA Cup Knockout Style Competition during the season.

Any thoughts?

Les, I am happy enough to be in it again: if you want to complicate it, do so, but please don't make extra work for yourself just for a few of us.

Still only 10 entrants. I could really do with a few more to make it worth my while running this again. I'm away all next week so will give it until I'm back on Sunday 4th August (which just happens to be my birthday) and I'll make a decision whether to run it then or not.

If you could do Rob that would be a big help. There will most probably be quite a few who were in the past leagues who maybe aren't aware that I'm running another competition.

Les, I'll take a place, but need to know how to access the site abroad as I'm away for 10 days in the autumn and a month in winter. I'll get in touch with Rob. Nice to have some remaining link to the Fishy, especially the Old Boy.
