Was reading in yesterday's super goals in the sun that 3 league clubs could be relegated next season after doubling parachute payments to £400,000 for 2 seasons, league chiefs are worried too many former clubs have dropped out the league

Won't happen but I think It's a good idea Paris. A large majority of our league is on par with the league above.

no it isn't

the only reason BSP promotees do so well in Lge 2 is because they have to be very good to get out of the BSP in the first place.

Can't see why it's a good idea, or what the significance of parity between League 2 and the Conference has to do with it? The football league don't care about the quality of the teams coming up, they are fed up of having to accept teams with poor support and funding whilst losing teams such as Town, Luton and Stockport. Increasing the amount of promotion and relegation places will not necessarily alter that situation and may infact have the adverse effect.

The only thing a good Stilton should have in it is mould, not f**king Apricots

I think it's a good idea, it would give conference teams more opertunity of football league status. For those that go down, well that's tough, should play better then. And for any club relegated by deducted points, then maybe they should make sure they run their club better. We have managed to survive and haven't got as big of a budget compared to some in league 2.

But it won't happen for a long time, if ever.

I think it's a terrible idea. The football league is our home and we'll be back sooner rather than later but I don't want to be travelling to tinpot places like Fleetwood.

That said, I've just had a look at the league one table and Crawley are doing fantastically well which sort of invalidates my argument. We are where we are as we deserve to be.

I'll get my coat.
