Great night, how strong was that Scunt team? What you have to remember is in that team were missing a striker that scored nigh 30 goals last year and we still beat a team (*gulp*) 2 divisions highers than us realitivly comfortably. Stewards were excrement but overall good stuff.

Pearson and Miller were immense.

Soares and G.Pearson were quite useful.

For me the man who made the biggest contribution, was Andy Cook, even though he only played 45 minutes he made a massive difference to us. Nice skill, control and strength before his goal too.

Things are sounding promising so far. We haven't looked out place against sides two and three leagues above us, whereas we were miles behind them during the last pre-season.

Hopefully we can carry this into the season.

To us it's only preseason but to the players it's damaging to their confidence especially during this stage of preseason.

Come on lads, carry on  this  form into the first month of the season, which is tricky  start and you will see some serious support grow, 4-5000 for a home game will be the norm, we all just want to believe again - UTM

If we do play like that against BSP teams we will do very well. Okay yes it is pre-season but we showed signs of what we can do against a strong Scunny team.
