At this rate come the last match of the season, Town will be playing in an empty ground, no doubt the ref got called all sorts of names v Braintree, the same against Fleetwood, Vardy would have been called every name under the sun, the OB will now be working overtime going through all the CCTV to see how many fans they can ban next week.

Thing is its not a the old bailey with some top notch judge, we are talking about 3 local magistrates , now these lads are quite welcome to bring any witness that has witnessed ANYTHING that could help their defence so someone like ticker for example could have a big influence on any possible outcome like I say mere Magistrates not a law school trained judge unless of course they was unlucky enough to have a district judge which would possible.


The fact that its a Magistrates court is irrelevant. Hearsay isn't admissible in any court.

Dodds could be questioned on what he did or didn't say When he's brought to the stand
I would definetley be insisting on the KJV version of the bible when he comes to swear an oath as he has an habit of doing a pinnochio when the new testament is placed in front of him.

After the trouble at Burton any slight trouble at Alfreton was bound to be jumped on.  It is all in the same county and police force.
