Quite a few in the ticket office an hour or so ago and the phone never stopped ringing the lad in front of me asked about ticket sales and the Findus and Pontoon are selling faster than expected was the reply?Tell you what wasnt faster the service in the clubshop i had cash on hip and intended to be relieved of some however due to the woman in there yapping to her mates for nearly 10 mins i gave it up as a bad job .Managed to pick up the leaflet about a brick and will try and spend it there instead i think the Trust should invest in a time and motions study of GTFC employees on non matchdays and see if they can cut costs.Feels good to finally have something worth moaning about again!

I made a point of going cos i wanted to see what the clubshop had in Woz,they had some good gear but you just couldn`t buy it due to the lack of customer service.I think the old sign saying abandon hope all ye who enter here should be nailed above the door.

Yeh, don't winge on here. If you were not being served well enough you should have said something to the staff when you were in the shop, and I don't mean swear at them. There are civilised ways of making your point.

I really want to go to the match on Sat with my lad but after the grief and hassle I got last time I tried to buy tickets, I will not use the club office again to buy them.
Is there any way I can buy tickets without actually going to the ticket office?

I have a ST, but if I need extras, I order and pay for them over the phone, and collect them from the club shop before the match. Never had any problems.

And then when you go to pick them up on sat morning with your ref no. for the envelope they should be in they cant find it then after 10mins they realise they did not print the tickets, they now sold have the seat nos you booked so you can sit with family so you end up at the other end of the stand.
Or if they ask on the phone which end of the Findus stand you want so you tell them Pontoon end then you go to pick them up and find your 5 seats away from the Osmond end.
I would go in the office asap and get them in your hand there and then.
Otherwise they do a fantastic job.

Fair rant, it happened to me the Lincoln game. Annoying as hell when they promise you a seat and can't be arsed to do it at the time. Spoils the day when your seat is miles from friends. No seaso as work shifts and not cost effective to do a round trip from scumthorpe to get one ticket.

Who would you have running the club Harlem?

We have one active director and you would get rid of the chief Exec, you ridicule everything the trust does so who would you have running the club day to day?

I always buy tickets over the phone.  First class service each time. The more tickets you buy the harder it is to meet your first choice of seating.  5 seats together would be hard to place.

Do give the ticket office staff a break.  They are very busy at the moment.

The failure to get  3 tickets in agreed seat numbers (booked  a week before the game) happened at home to Ebsfleet, crowd just over 2800, hardly overworked I would of thought.

I like it at the club shop, there are pretty girls to look at while you wait etc but at £16 a pop I expect to be in the seat I paid for, its not like it has been just a one off that they got it wrong.

Never had a problem either tbf, think I've been booking tickets over the phone for about 14 years now couple of seasons when I had a ST so didn't need to.
Bet there'll be a problem now when I go to pick them up on Saturday

Not sure which stand you sit in but was anyone actually sat in the seats you wanted?  I've forgotten to specify a seat before, so I've sat in the one allocated to me until pretty much everyone is in and then moved to where I wanted once no one else had sat there.
Of course not so easy when there is a big crowd.

Ticket Office was great service i quoted a seat number and handed over £16 to the young lad serving all told took about a minute,it was the bint in the Club shop who so obviously couldn`t stop yapping that was the downside of my visit and cost GTFC an extra 30-40 quid i intended spending but hey ho.

Some people on here not happy unless they are slagging the club of in some sort of way miserable illegitimates. I've never had a problem personally yes there's  times when they can be a bit slow usually when they are busy, just like when you cue up for the cinema or anywhere else.

Some people on here not happy unless they are slagging the club of in some sort of way miserable illegitimates. I've never had a problem personally yes there's  times when they can be a bit slow usually when they are busy, just like when you cue up for the cinema or anywhere else.

here do you mind?I resemble that remark!
