I have a ST, but if I need extras, I order and pay for them over the phone, and collect them from the club shop before the match. Never had any problems.

I really want to go to the match on Sat with my lad but after the grief and hassle I got last time I tried to buy tickets, I will not use the club office again to buy them.
Is there any way I can buy tickets without actually going to the ticket office?

You can book over the phone or on tinterweb

If Newport win it b4 heir vist to BP, I will sit in The Osmond dressed as Little Bo-Peep for the match against them!

And then when you go to pick them up on sat morning with your ref no. for the envelope they should be in they cant find it then after 10mins they realise they did not print the tickets, they now sold have the seat nos you booked so you can sit with family so you end up at the other end of the stand.
Or if they ask on the phone which end of the Findus stand you want so you tell them Pontoon end then you go to pick them up and find your 5 seats away from the Osmond end.
I would go in the office asap and get them in your hand there and then.
Otherwise they do a fantastic job.

Fair rant, it happened to me the Lincoln game. Annoying as hell when they promise you a seat and can't be arsed to do it at the time. Spoils the day when your seat is miles from friends. No seaso as work shifts and not cost effective to do a round trip from scumthorpe to get one ticket.

...or, maybe the Chief Executive can sort it -- that's his job, after all.

Our chief exec is a waste of time imo he nods and agrees with his master, pointless position for a club in our position

Who would you have running the club Harlem?

We have one active director and you would get rid of the chief Exec, you ridicule everything the trust does so who would you have running the club day to day?

I always buy tickets over the phone.  First class service each time. The more tickets you buy the harder it is to meet your first choice of seating.  5 seats together would be hard to place.

Do give the ticket office staff a break.  They are very busy at the moment.
