If their trade stops n they leave, surely they've broken the contract n still liable for payment to GTFC. Just because they have a guaranteed captive group of consumers doesn't mean they don't have to adhere to regulations and produce edible n palatable food!

For those who aren't aware the town youth set up sell hot drinks and sweets ( not hot food) from their stall under the main stand near the cop booth. Reasonably priced at one pound (I think) for a large cup of bovril tea or coffee. All staffed by volunteers (mums and dads of the youth set up) support them instead.
