By the way ---  Salisbury City ground had lads walking through the crowd and selling tea from USA-style "backpacks" with serving hoses.  Really helpful idea -- convenient for fans and kept queues down at the (excellent) food van.

On the plus side it would at least get them closed down so younger people wouldn't be poisoned, maybe we can sacrifice Tim Mickleburugh to the catering staff?

Not used the catering vans for hot food for a good season or two now and none of the above is convincing me otherwise! Also agree on the coffee/tea front when it comes to milk and sugar. It's unhygienic and does it really cost them that much more to have it in sachets instead of the milk bottle and the mucky water which has the often used spoons in?

Anyway my main gripe with Sunday and the catering was the speed of service. Surely they would have had more staff on given the crowd was twice as big as it normally is? In the pontoon there is a kiosk which used to sell cold drinks and sweets out of it. You'd have thought they'd have opened it up for this game.

Also, what happened to big teeth Danny North-look-a-like who worked there, it was entertaining watching him contaminate food.
